At our Kolofix shock absorber shop, we repair all shock absorbers, forks, and telescopic seatposts from the Kolofix servicing network and from partner workshops that rely on our precision, quality, speed, and responsibility for the performed work.

Proper component operation is essential for great riding and good times not only in enduro races. We service products from most of the renowned manufacturers.

Thanks to our stock of materials, repair kits, and components, we can guarantee fast repair times. Most components less than 5 years old can be repaired within 5 working days, older components are subject to spare parts availability.

We service Rock Shox and Fox suspension including models with Brain, X-Fusion, RST, DVO, SR Suntour, Bike Yoke, Oneup, 9point8, KS, Manitou, Öhlins, Marzocchi shock absorbing units. We only do a small servicing for Cannondale Lefty.

Send them by mail directly to our shock absorber shop and we guarantee that servicing will be completed within 5 business days!

How?

PACK

Remember to pack everything securely so that none of the components can be damaged or move freely during transport. You can also send multiple components in one parcel, of course. In this case, we recommend packing everything with special carefully. Send the fork clean, including the valve cap, remote lockout with lever, and rebound control. However, do not pack (keep at home): solid axles, brake hose attachments, speedometer sensors, brake caliper adapters, fender, etc.

Send the shock absorber including the pins and washers (always bind them together with zip ties), remove the Brain absorber from the bike mounting elements. Send the telescopic seatpost without the seat, lock, and seatpost bolts.

DESCRIBE

Write down the basic information: your name, address, email and phone number + the model of the component and a description of the fault or information that you request routine servicing. Please provide a phone number where you can be reached if we need any additional information.

HOW IS THE SUSPENSION SERVICED?

Suspension servicing is carried out directly in our shock absorber shop. Simply order separate suspension servicing and then bring the component to the branch of your choice. This is the fastest way to get your suspension serviced and completed within 5 days, even during the peak season.
DO YOU SERVICE FOX COMPONENTS?

Sure! We are a certified workshop for the FOX brand.
WHY DO I HAVE TO SERVICE THE SUSPENSION?

Service intervals are set by the component manufacturer. The longest interval for suspension servicing is generally 1 year. The operating fluids in the components degrade with use, changing their properties and becoming contaminated with dirt from the bike's operation. It is no exception that after a year of riding, the original clear oil is completely black. Without servicing, irreversible damage to the components can occur.
