E-bikes need a bit more care than conventional bikes. The components often work in conjunction with the control unit and we can learn everything about them through diagnostics. Before our technicians start any mechanical work, they will first run your bike through the diagnostic software and check what your bike currently needs

Like phones or laptops, even e-bikes receive regular software upgrades. The work of most manufacturers doesn't end by releasing the bike to the shops, but continues with honest research and software development. If you bring us your e-bike, we will always update it to the latest software that can improve many features. From greater range to more precise shifting.

There's nothing worse than tinkering with a bike using an old screwdriver and a pair of household pliers. All our workshops are equipped with the latest tools to repair and tune your bikes. This saves your components and our time. Because with quality tools, every job goes better.

HOW IS SERVICING PERFORMED?

Nobody wants to wait. You're missing out on experiences in the saddle, we're missing out on work. That's why at Kolofix we make sure that our online ordering system is quick and easy. If you entrust your bike to us, this is how servicing will be carried out:

1. ONLINE ORDER

Choose the date and service that suits you best. Simply online.

2. BRING THE BIKE(S) TO THE BRANCH OF YOUR CHOICE

At takeover, the technician will inspect the bike completely, suggest servicing tasks, agree on the scope of work and the final price. Don't forget to tell the technician what's bothering you about your bike or what you want to change.

3. CONFIRMATION OF PERFORMED SERVICING

If our technician discovers something beyond the original agreement during servicing, he will call you to confirm the scope of work, final price, and handover date.

4. FINISHED!

Once your bike is ready, we'll send you an SMS and you're ready to ride.

CAN YOU SERVICE E-BIKES?

Yes! We can do diagnostics and software updates at all of our service centers.
WHAT E-BIKE BRANDS CAN YOU SERVICE?

We can service e-bikes with Bosch, Bafang, Yamaha, Brose, Vinka, Comp-Drive, Giant and other drives.
DO YOU “CHIP-TUNE” E-BIKE MOTORS?

No. And we never will. We don't do diagnostics and software updates on such e-bikes either. Riding a “chip-tuned” bike in normal traffic does not comply with legislation and Kolofix does not support this violation of the rules.
DO YOU REFURBISH E-BIKE BATTERIES?

We provide battery refurbishment.
ARE YOU ABLE TO OBTAIN GENUINE BOSCH PARTS?

Kolofix is an authorized service partner of BOSCH.
DO YOU ALSO SERVICE SHIMANO DI2 AND SRAM AXS DERAILLEURS?

Yes, all our service points have the necessary equipment to diagnose, update, and adjust these derailleur systems.
