KOLOFIX Cycle Day and ESG Support

Our mechanics will take care of your cyclists' bicycles right at your location

1. You announce a cycle day in your organization
2. Determine the level of interest (number of cyclists interested) and preferred dates for the cycle day
3. Confirm the date of the cycle day with our customer line 800 010101
4. We prepare everything and set up our mobile service workshops in vans and head to you
5. We will come to you and set up service tents and vehicles at the location you designate.
6. Our mechanics service all your cyclists who have signed up, repair and maintain their bikes regardless of brand, type, equipment – we handle everything.
7. If there is a fault on a bicycle that cannot be fixed on-site, we offer the cyclist a repair at our branches under favorable price conditions.
8. We document the entire event, take photos, and record videos so that you have comprehensive documentation for your non-financial reporting.
9. We look forward to the next cycle day – we usually organize a cycle day for a customer twice or more a year.

This option can be chosen for example when there is a problem with space, access, distribution of employees at multiple locations

1. You inform your employees about the organization of the cycle day
2. During the chosen period, your employees can come to any Kolofix branch with their bicycle
3. The employee shows an employee card or another suitable method of identification
4. We repair the bicycles and delight your cyclists
5. We provide documentation and a report on the services performed for your non-financial reporting.

One mechanic can service ten bicycles within a KOLOFIX cycle day. At an average service cost of one bicycle at 1,000 CZK, we will invoice you 10,000 CZK excluding VAT for a KOLOFIX cycle day with one mechanic. With a higher number of cyclists signed up for the cycle day, we will invoice multiples of these amounts according to the number of mechanics we will need to service these bicycles. For example, for two mechanics, we will charge 20,000 CZK without VAT, and for four mechanics, 40,000 CZK without VAT.

You will decide how much of these invoiced costs for the cycle day will be paid by you as the employer and how much will be left for the employee to pay, who can make the payment on site either in cash or by card. We have cases where payments are split in ratios of 100:0 or 50:50, i.e., 500 CZK excluding VAT paid by the employer, 500 CZK excluding VAT paid by the employee.

Here, too, it will depend on your budget settings, and we will monitor the total amount to prevent budget overruns, for example by issuing paper or electronic vouchers, coupons, or other documents. Similarly, here you will decide on the level of support from your side, with the remaining cost of the service to be paid by the employee.
